Typically this issue arises when there is a problem with the bill of material/quote you are attempting to upload. There are a few reasons for this problem.
You can try clearing the cache in your browser. It may be working but you may not be seeing the data from your browser.
First, ensure you using the correct option from the drop down box in the quote upload process (when you are adding lines to the submittal).

Second, is anything different with your quote file than previous quotes? Symbols can prevent a quote from coming into our system (ex. an * v.s. an "x", or a "&"). Also, if an entire field is missing (Types, Manufacturers, etc)? The upload function will have a problem with this different format.
Lastly, sometimes your software that creates the quote/bill of material will create a file we are unable to use (with errors). Try uploading the file from a different computer to see if it is able to upload. Also try uploading a different bill of material/quote to our system to see if it uploads.
If the quote will not upload from a different computer, you can send us the file to see if we can troubleshoot an answer for you. Often we can, but sometimes this is caused by your software and we are unable to know the cause.
