Once you have created a submittal package, you can copy it. Press the "Copy Submittal Package" button (see picture below). You will be given a pop-up dialogue that will ask you what you want the new name and description to be. This is the same as creating a new package, so be sure the name is relevant and appropriate for showing up on all stamps. Both package name and package description are required. You will be notified if you leave one blank.
Press "Copy Package" when you have finished filling in the appropriate information. The system will copy the current package and open the new version. To cancel, press the "X".
