To create a new submittal package, press the "New Submittal Package" button (see picture below). It is located on the Submittal Package section toolbar on the Submittal Package tab. You will be given a pop-up message that will allow you enter the name of your submittal package and the description. The package name is the text that will appear on any stamps that you use as the "Project Name", so choose the name carefully!
The description field is an internal-only field, no one else will see it but you and your group and is there to help you differentiate similar packages. The description is another way to search for this package in the future. Both fields are required - you will be notified if you leave one blank.
When you have entered the information - press "Create Package". If you want to cancel, press the "X".
