A page in my package is cut off at the top.

Sometimes that is caused by types or descriptions that are excessively long.

Long Type - Content list issue: The content list was only designed to handle real 'types' in the type field. For example 'AB1', 'AB2', etc. If you put entire phrases in there it doesn't always split the page correctly and some will float onto the next page. The content list wasn't designed with that large of a 'Type' in mind and the ability to expand that far. If you shorten the text in the Type field it should fit fine.

Long Type - Stamp: Longer types should work fine on the stamps for each page because it just takes up more space on the page, but a long 'Type' can occasionally cause issues with the page as well.
