An XML file has no specific formatting, just tags. If the tags change, then the upload may not work. Before contacting us, please try downloading the XML from another computer and test it. If it works, then your program is not creating the XML correctly. If it doesn’t work, try another project. If that project can be uploaded, there is an error within the XML file for just that project, and you will need to contact your software vendor. If no XML files upload, then that specific XML tagging may have changed and Submittal123 can look into tweaking it.
