General
To open a previously created package (for editing or re-building) press the "Open Submittal Package" button (see picture below) located in the Submittal Package section toolbar on the Submittal Package tab. You will be given a pop-up screen that two options for searching your packages; you can search by package name or by date range.
Search: Package Name
You can search for a package by typing in the package name after clicking "Open Submittal Package." Once you type at least 3 characters, the system will automatically suggest packages for you. To clear the package list, delete any characters in the 'Search Package Name' field.
Search: Date Range
You can also search by date range. Choose a starting date and an ending date and the system will bring back all packages that fall into that range.
Caution: Large date ranges may take longer to return!
Open Package
To open the package you want, click on the "Edit" button at the far left of the line.
