General
The Submittal123™ system can help suggest the correct documentation for an individual line by using "Suggest Documents" function located at the left of each line. Using the “description” field and the “folder” that was chosen for that line of your submittal package line, lumnus will search the folder for you to help find documents with names and search names similar to your description.

Start
To start this process, press the “Suggest Documents” button.

Disclaimer
This function is doing exactly what it is called – SUGGESTING – an attempt to help you speed up the process of putting documents on each line. You are ultimately responsible for the document on each line.

Suggesting
The Submittal123™ system will look at the line description and attempt to match it to a document in that line's folder with a similar name or search name. The results of this search will show up under the Documents section of the Submittal Package tab. If it finds ONLY ONE match, it will place representation of that document in the Documents area (see picture right), along with the document name and description. If it finds SEVERAL OPTIONS, it will bring you back a drop down list of the suggestions. Whichever document you choose will be the updated in the Document area.

To view the document, click it and the document will open in a new window/tab. To add this document to your line, click and hold your mouse on the document picture and drag it to the appropriate line. Once you have a document in the Documents area, you can drag it to any line you want it to be on (you don't need to use the "Suggest Document" again unless it isn't the right one).
